a comprehensive organization within J&J that focuses on
ensuring the highest standards of quality & compliance. It
encompasses a Quality Operations division that handles Computer
System Validation (CSV), QMS Management, and Commercial Quality
Shared Services, including support for Transportation Operations
and Temperature Control. Additionally, it includes a Value Creation
Office dedicated to steering strategic imperatives and improving
the Quality & Compliance organization's strategy through
initiatives like Data Strategy, Automated Product Release, and
Digitalization of Quality Management Systems. To facilitate the
deployment of these critical initiatives, the group employs two
Deployment Offices for the MedTech and Innovative Medicines
segments and maintains a global presence through three regional
leaders handling operations in Asia Pacific (ASPAC), Europe, Middle
East, Africa (EMEA), and the Americas. The Value Creation Office
ensures efficient, measurable, and value-driven execution of the
Q&C strategy, transformation portfolio, annual business
planning cycles, and operational support for the office of
Enterprise Quality VP.Within the Value Creation Office, the Data &
Digital Strategy team is driving Q&C's data & digital maturity
through the assessment and development of capabilities that
digitally transform business processes and respective systems, such
as data analytics, AI/ML, generative AI and intelligent automation.
Our team builds and drives realization of our vision for the
digital way of working by promoting the utility and use of these
emerging technologies and their adoption by our Q&C
community.The Senior Manager, Quality & Compliance (Q&C)
Digital Research & Innovation is responsible for investigating and
integrating innovative digital capabilities and practices from
external sources into our Q&C framework and strategy. This role
will scan the external landscape to identify and benchmark the use
of both emerging and established technologies (e.g. Digital twins,
control towers, Intelligent Automation, Gen AI, IoT, advanced
analytics, etc.) in the digital transformation of business
practices and translate it into consumable and applicable research,
guidance and process for internal application. Further, this role
will partner within and external to Q&C to identify
opportunities to apply this research and facilitate its application
within initiatives to improve the quality and compliance of
J&J's business processes, products and services.
