Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Program Director for
Laboratory & Genomics, responsible for developing clinical programs
and managing partnerships within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage resources and oversee the implementation of clinical
programs in collaboration with internal and external partners
Lead efforts to understand billing, coding, and reimbursement
complexities in laboratory services
Develop cost-benefit analyses and key performance indicators for
clinical programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in
laboratory/genomics
4+ years in a leadership or management role
Superior data analysis skills and knowledge of healthcare
regulations
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across
multiple business groups
Experience in designing and implementing IT support for clinical
programs
