Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time
M-F - Day Shift

MLR has been engaged by a 5-Star Physical Therapy clinic that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team.

Physical Therapist Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications:

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy with Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Epic experience needed.
• Must have OASIS documentation abilities.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• BLS Certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Physical Therapist Benefits:
