Requirements
1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care.
MSD cares for PD patients, CSD cares for stroke patients, SSD cares
for surgical patients.
Float: within speciality/one other facility
Every other Sat/Sunday - 1 Holiday per contract
