  • High Volume fast paced environment
  • Performs patient assessment and determines priority of care
  • Provides immediate interventions and formulates plan of care
  • Evaluates effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff
  • 64 Bed Emergency Department with hallway utilization
  • Average 150-190 visits daily
  • Ratio: 4:1, 5:1
  • Scrub Color: Navy Blue
  • Charting System: Cerner
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the ER as an RN within the last 6 months
    • Preferred 3+ years of experience
    • License: NJ or compact
    • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC (AHA only)
      • Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 6-13 weeks
      • Weekend/schedule: Every other
      • Holiday: 1 per contract
      • RTO: no more than 3 days
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Must be willing to float within specialty or ED Observation Unit
        • Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs, Crouching, Reaching, Carrying, Hearing, Walking, Pushing, Talking, Vision
