Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Officer- Consumer
Direct.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and analyze their financial situations
to recommend appropriate loan products
Handle multiple inbound leads daily, lock loans at the point of
sale, and submit initial loan packages
Structure and price loans accurately while managing multiple files
efficiently
Required Qualifications and Education
2+ years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a
call center environment
Current NMLS license, including passing the national test and
completing a 20-hour licensing course
Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs for
purchase and refinance
Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top
producer
High School Diploma or equivalent
