Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to
manage the employee lifecycle process and enhance the employee
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the employee lifecycle process from onboarding to
offboarding for global teams
Serve as the first level of support for employee relations concerns
and questions
Maintain and audit employee documentation and update HRIS data as
needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years of relevant People Operations or Human Resources
experience
Experience in a high-growth startup environment
Demonstrated understanding of People Operations practices and
compliance
Strong computer skills, including GSuite and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional
teams
