Job Description:
A company is looking for a North American CRM Solution Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategic and tactical direction for the NA Salesforce
Platform
Develop Salesforce implementation roadmaps and leverage analytics
for feature decisions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and manage the day-to-day
operations of the Salesforce platform
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
At least 4 years of experience leading a technical team
At least 2 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry,
preferably with Pharma or Medical Devices
Certifications in Salesforce.com are preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities in a regulated
industry
