Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Processing Disclosure
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in answering disclosure-related questions and ensure
compliance with TRID regulations
Review and verify mortgage loan disclosures for accuracy and
regulatory compliance
Prepare and send disclosure packages within specified timelines and
maintain knowledge of disclosure guidelines
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Encompass software
Thorough understanding of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID)
regulations
Knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA guidelines is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage industry
