*Job Title: Insurance Claims Specialist**Location:* Ocean and Monmouth Counties, NJ*Job Type:* Full-time*Salary:* $58,000 per year*Company Overview:*Northeast Spine and Sports Medicine is a large, multi-disciplinary outpatient rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in Ocean and Monmouth counties. We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.*Position Summary:*The Insurance Claims Specialist will be responsible for processing insurance claims for a busy, multi-specialty physical medicine and rehabilitation facility. This role requires proficiency in utilizing insurance portals (such as Availity, NaviNet, etc.), Microsoft products, and researching denials and coding to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions and follow-ups.*Key Responsibilities:** Process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy in payment entry, transaction entry, and posting.* Manage collections and follow up with insurance companies via phone to resolve outstanding claims.* Utilize insurance portals (Availity, NaviNet, etc.) to verify patient eligibility and benefits.* Research and ensure compliance with credentialing and coding requirements.* Collaborate with clinical staff to gather necessary documentation for claims.* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to claims processing.* Support the implementation of best practices for billing and claims management.*Qualifications:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and claims processing is required.* Proficiency in insurance portals (e.g., Availity, NaviNet) and Microsoft Office Suite.* *Knowledge of eClinical software is preferred.** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.*Benefits:** 401(k) with matching* Health insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* Paid time off*Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM*Growth Potential:*This position offers growth potential for motivated individuals eager to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $58,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) 4% Match* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to Friday* No weekendsAbility to Relocate:* Manasquan, NJ 08736: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In personby Jobble
