BECAUSE 1199SEIU OFFERS:* Paid Time Off (starting with 2 weeks' vacation, 15 sick days, 10 holidays, 2 personal days and your Birthday!)* Medical, Dental and Prescription Coverage* Pension* Tuition Assistance* Childcare Assistance* Other Union Benefits$34.80 - $38.28 per hour depending on the shift#2025:Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:* Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents* Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians* Medication administration* Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies* Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes* Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy* Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.* Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care.* Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.* According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.* In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.* Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.* Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.* Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:* LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State* CPR Certification required* Two Years prior nursing experience preferred::
