JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide credit applications at the request of customers/sales force.
• Provide sales force & other department contacts with credit decisions & reasoning.
• Maintain accurate information in our customer data base and update as necessary.
• Maintain and update archives.
• Create new accounts.
• Monitor account changes made by other departments.
• Offering support with other position related tasks as needed. RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to investigate and follow through discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
