Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to
enhance customer experiences through process improvement and
automation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize cross-functional business processes to improve
efficiency and effectiveness
Diagnose pain points in existing processes and design solutions to
address them
Identify areas for robotic process automation and support
implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications and Training
Passion for process and documentation with strong organizational
skills
Eager to learn tools such as MS PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and
HelpSystems (Fortra)
Open to completing Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training if not
already certified
Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus
Exposure to Business Process Management is beneficial
