Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to manage the
IT needs of a 50-person organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide internal IT support, including administration of core
business SaaS and troubleshooting staff inquiries
Coordinate system architectures and manage internal data analytics
for client deliverables and internal use cases
Manage data protection and compliance policies, ensuring adherence
to privacy regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience as an IT administrator or technician with
enterprise SaaS
3+ years of experience supporting both Mac OS and Windows OS
desktop environments
Experience implementing enterprise back office software, including
configuration and management
Working knowledge of Data Protection, including UK and EU GDPR
