high cavitation close tolerance thermoplastic injection
molds.Knowledge of hot runner systems as it relates to their
design, fabrication, and maintenance.Knowledge of various tool
steels, hardnesses and coatings used in the fabrication of
injection molds.Knowledge of various plastic materials utilized to
manufacture medical products.Knowledge of plastic part design for
injection molding.Knowledge of software for MoldFlow and MoldCool
analysis, 2D and 3D CAD skills.--Responsibilities: Essential
DutiesAssists with the completion of engineering projects. Reviews
project plans, proposals, and objectives. Designs and conducts
tests to determine project progress. Determines and stays within
project budget. Works with outside vendors. Reports to management
on progress. Recommends plan and schedule changes when necessary.
Complies with state and federal regulations and ensures a clean and
safe environment.Collaborates with a multifunctional team to
troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Assigns responsibilities
and builds schedules based on project specifications.--The job

time.--Expertise: Knowledge & Skills Requires full working
knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in
