Duration: 6 months
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

Degree in Veterinary Technology, BA/BS in relevant field, or associate's degree with pharma experience
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a veterinary clinic or pharmacovigilance role
Familiarity with SharePoint, document management, LMS
1+ year experience in regulated pharmaceutical field

Responsibilities:

Review and submission of individual case safety reports
PV document archiving and metric tracking
Administrative support and coordination for PV activities
Aggregate adverse event reporting
Support additional PV projects as needed

Comments/Special Instructions:

Hybrid schedule: Onsite 3 days/week (Tues & Wed required; Mon or Thurs optional). Remote on Fridays.
